Yellow Page Directories are not 100% accurate when printed. Businesses come and go every day and directories quickly become obsolete. American Business Information does not control the economy which accounts for the turnover of business every year. If you intend to use this product for direct mail, you can expect a deliverability rate of 90%. If you plan to use this product for telemarketing, you can expect a contact rate of 85-90%. As the information becomes older, these percentage estimates may be lower.
The maximum liability by American Business Information shall only be the purchase price of this product. American Business Information will not be responsible for any losses due to the reliance upon or use of the information contained on this CD-ROM.
